We provide in-person client appointments where you can view our samples and try them on. In order to discuss your preferences while remaining comfortable in your own home, we also provide full online transactions and virtual client consultations.

This is an essential first step that gives you the opportunity to ask all of your questions so you can make more informed choices moving forward. This also gives us the chance to know you on a more personal level so we can make better suggestions. 

You can also bring us photos from your own saved social media platforms such as Instagram or Pinterest to gauge your taste and style to further guide the consultations. 

Getting Your Quotation

We'll write you an invoice with your order information and quotation once you've decided on your design guidelines and selected specifications.

After making your initial deposit, we will start creating your jewelry item. Our current lead production time is 8 to 10 weeks due to the fact that all of our pieces are custom produced in Australia and undergo a strict quality check. It can be accelerated to 6-7 weeks with an additional fee.

The lead time for custom setting loose diamonds that you buy from us is 7 weeks. Additionally, this can be sped up to 5 weeks!

Receiving Your CAD Model

Part of the lead time while waiting for your ring is the 3D CAD model which will be sent within 3 weeks. This is to ensure that your jewelry piece is created exactly as you want. This is the final step before production, allowing for free minor changes if necessary.

This model, which is also referred to as a computer-aided model, specifies the precise dimensions and specifications of your jewelry piece and shows you what it would be like before it is produced.

Production Lead Time 

Production will take 5-7 weeks after the final CAD model is approved as our skilled jewelers in Australia create your piece. The final long wait before the piece comes to life.

Every piece of jewelry we create is given the utmost care to ensure that it is exactly what you had in mind and that it meets our high standards for quality. Receiving your piece comes in its own premium package and cushioned jewelry box with complimentary microfiber cloth and cleaning guide. 

Diamond pieces that are certified have their Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and/or International Gemological Institute (IGI) reports added to verify that your diamonds are real and true.
