Administrative Officer

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Officer. In this crucial role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of the office and assist in the efficient operation of daily tasks.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year experience as an admin officer
  • Must be college graduate
  • Must be well organized
  • Working knowledge of copiers, printers and scanners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must be willing to work full-time / five (5)days a week
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Shangri-la Plaza, Mandaluyong

Responsibilities

  • Files and organizes office documents and inventory
  • Entering data and maintaining accurate databases
  • Processes, types, edits, and formats company reports and documents
  • Monitors company product inventory
  • Monitors office supplies and orders replacements
  • Provides administrative support
  • Provides assistance in sales reports

Salary: Php20,000/month

Schedule

Our office hours are 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, except for Sunday when our office is closed.

Location

For most positions, we have a fully onsite set-up in our office at Avire Tower, Quezon City.
