Sales and Customer Experience Associate

In this role, you will be actively engaging with customers both online and in-person, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales to meet and exceed company sales targets.
(full-time position)

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year work experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Must have a true passion for helping people and must be a team player
  • Knowledge in fine jewelry is not required, but a plus
  • Must be willing to work five days a week
  • Must be willing to work onsite in our office in Shangri-La Plaza, Mandaluyong City.
  • Knowledge of office and basic creative software such as Google sheets and docs, and Canva

Schedule

Our working hours are 5 days a week Monday to Sunday.

For most positions, we have a fully onsite set-up in our office at Shangri-La Plaza, Mandaluyong City
